Welcome to Excelifier. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software-as-a-service product Excelifier ("Service"), provided by Kontakto Oy ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By registering for or using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by sending an email to the address provided at registration or by placing a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Access to the Service​

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for any lawful purpose, including both personal and commercial uses. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use the Service in a manner that infringes on the rights of others.

4. Account Registration​

To access and use the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the registration form and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete throughout your use of the Service. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. User Conduct​

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activities or conduct that would violate the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Publish or share any content that is illegal, abusive, invasive of someone’s privacy, or harmful.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including the security or network functions.

You are responsible for ensuring that any files uploaded or shared through the Service are lawful and do not infringe on the rights of others. Violation of these usage rules may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights​

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kontakto Oy and its licensors. Your use of the Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or the content you access.

7. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

8. Warranty Disclaimer​

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Kontakto Oy expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

Furthermore, due to the reliance on large language models and automated processes for document conversion, Kontakto Oy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the converted documents. As such, Kontakto Oy accepts no liability for any errors or inaccuracies that may occur in the converted content or any decisions made based on such content. Users are advised to review and verify the accuracy of any converted documents before reliance or use.

9. Limitation of Liability​

In no event shall Kontakto Oy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to the Service​

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice.
